My mom recently bought a contraption that shaves lint balls off sweaters, and I literally spent about an hour this morning using it on all of my wool clothing.

The ‘journalism’ thread on Tumblr is really depressing because it basically consists of a lot of young people freaking out about how the fuck they are going to make a living in this field after spending 50K a year to go to school for it. So in other words, people like me. Thanks for reminding me how not special I am, Tumblr!

Some Thoughts on Assange and Rape →
So, I’m a journalist AND a feminist. Therefore, I think Wikileaks is PRETTY COOL/INTERESTING, but rape is definitely NOT COOL. So I’m very conflicted about the rape allegations against Julian Assange. Some thoughts:
